Plastic Surgery TV Shows
28 September 2011There are a lot of shows on your direct television service about plastic surgery and even we get confused with which are worth watching. If you’re thinking about checking your TV as a means to research future surgery, consider watching the following:
Extreme Makeover: It’s an old show but you can easily catch reruns and it’s one of the more honest about the hard-hitting world of plastic surgery. It does paint all surgeries in a bit of a rosy light but if you’re serious about results, check it out.
True Life: MTV’s docudrama often has great episodes concerning young people undergoing surgery from nose jobs to liposuction. If you’re young and wondering about the behind the scenes emotions, start here.
Nip/Tuck: If you’re looking for a totally inaccurate representation of what plastic surgery can do for you, check out FX’s old best hit. It’s got all the sex, drama and rock and roll and every episode features at least one life-altering plastic surgeries. It’s not exactly a documentary but it sure makes for good TV.
